The effects of violence on a victim’s health can be severe even to the point of death. So while most people agree that violence against women is a serious human rights problem, it is also an actual global health issue. Violence brings social problems that affect families and damages economical participation in society but it also affects a woman’s health and well being. Women who experience this kind of trauma almost always experience long term physical and mental affects that requires medical and therapeutic treatment.

I believe the key to prevention is education.  Thats why I teach a 60 minute class on personal safety and protection for women.

I teach a simple simple approach to personal safety that lowers the risk of becoming a victim through Awareness, Avoidance, and Basic Self-Defense.  You don't have to be a Karate or Judo expert to get out of a dangerous situation.  I teach methods and techniques that anyone can use and demonstrate some of the most recommended sef-defense hardware for women that is fashionable, affordable, and easy to use

35% of all women have experienced some form of sexual and/or physical violence.  That is slightly higher than 1/3, or 1 out of 3. In the medical world, 1 out of 3 is considered epidemic. So let me ask you this, if you knew there was a disease that was at epidemic proportions would you not take all necessary precautions to protect yourself?

You should take your physical safety as serious as you take your health.  I will give you a *FREE* Hardcore Pepper Spray when you host an Empower Hour so Schedule your FREE Empower Hour Today!!!
